Maintenance Call-outs
Whole Owners are regularly calling out the MTS maintenance team to attend to various items that require attention. Quite often these are minor items that take a few minutes to resolve; at other times, these items are quite time consuming. Whilst we have no problem in assisting Whole Owners if we can, these call outs interfere with the daily, ongoing maintenance, and we now have no choice but to charge a call out fee of R300.00, irrespective of the magnitude of the problem. An hourly rate will also be billed where our maintenance team is requested to resolve the problem, or an outside contractor will be called in.
