Dear Timeshare Shareholder,

Procedure for placing of Week/s in the Rental Pool:

Contact the Timeshare office on (014)734-0014 or send an email to info@mabulatimeshare.co.za with your request of placing your week/s in the Rental Pool.

Our office will in turn send you a Rental Pool Request form for your completion and return to us, either on the above email or on fax number: (014)734-0013. The sooner your request is received, the sooner we can offer your week to a prospective guest.

NB: Should this form not be returned to our offices, we will regrettably not be in a position to place your week in the Rental Pool. Please be advised that telephonic requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Once we have received your signed confirmation, we will process your request and endeavor to find occupants for your unit. It is imperative that your levy has been settled in full before any Rental options can take place.

It is important to note that if a guest has confirmed utilization for your respective week and a deposit has been received, you regrettably cannot withdraw your week from the Rental Pool.

At the conclusion of your specified week, we will allocate the revenue collected on your behalf, less an administration fee of twenty-five percent (25%). The Rental Pool request form will contain a section for you to indicate where you wish the proceeds to be credited.
